I have looked quickly at the code (comparing R14 and R13.5), they look identical - if you are having issues please report which 'Communication' is set on CD Ripper >> Options (near the bottom of the options).

Sorry for the delay; I forgot to turn on thread notifications. It's currently set to "SCSI Pass Through (SPT)". Should I try another mode?
