Problem with reading CDTEXT with dBpoweramp 13.4

I am having problems reading CD-Text from my self-mastered audio CDs containing live recordings.
ID Tags for these CDs cannot be found within the common internet databases - but the CDs contain CD-Text.
Nevertheless I am unable to read the CD-Text data using dBpoweramp 13.4.
If I select 'Meta->Retrieve From->CD-Text' simply nothing happens.
The drive is a 'MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-842 RB01'.
EAC and SonicStage have no problem reading the CDText.

Any suggestions? Do I have to enable CD-Text support within dBpoweramp first?

Nope. Same problem (tested with 2 different CDs).
It looks to me as if dBpoweramp doesn't even try to access the cd drive (if I try to retrieve CD-ISRC it clearly does though).

I have experienced the same problem . . . even on discs that I knew had CD-Text because earlier versions of the ripper could retrieve it.
