    Problem with AccurateRip

I have installed the free trial of dBpoweramp Music Converter R13.3. I have a MATSUSHITA - DVD - RAM UJ862A.

I have followed the directions in the dBpoweramp CD Ripper: Setup Guide, but when I put in CDs to configure AccurateRip the track information and the CD Album Art appear but nothing else happens.

I have tried over 20 CDs many of which were on the AccurateRip Key Discs liist (http://www.accuraterip.com/keydiscs.htm). Please advise where I'm going wrong.

      Thanks for the reply.

      I'm still trying.

Do you have any jazz or classical titles to suggest?

        Re: Problem with AccurateRip

I haven't had any success yet.

Is there any way to fully erase all traces of dbpoweramp and reinstall it? I tried the uninstall programs but the new installation still had the parameters I had set instead of the original defaults, indicating that there was a trace that was not removed by the uninstaller.

The dbpoweramp CD Ripper Setup Guide says:
"Normally only 1 CD is needed, but if your CD drive does not appear in AccurateRip's main database of CD drives then 3 matching results from 3 different discs will be required. "

How do access the 3 CD option?

Is there anything else you can recommend?

            Try this as well:

...also how to do a full reset of dBpoweramp? (if dBpoweramp crashes for some reason) Where does dBpoweramp save its files / settings? It is installed to c:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp or c:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp The 64 bit version of dBpoweramp is installed to: c:\Program Files\dBpoweramp It

            Clear off totally then reinstall.

              Problem solved!

There was a value of +102 in Option: CD ROM: Sample Offset (I don't know why or when it was set). I reset to zero and the value changed to let Accuraterip find the offset. Accuraterip configured automatically immediately thereafter, setting the offset back to +102.

              Thanks for bearing with me.

That means it had already configured.
