    AccurateRip Error Submitting Results

Hi, I've been using AccurateRip with Exact Audio Copy for a couple of years now but in the last few months I have been unable to submit the results of my CD rips. They rip fine but there are now 16 discs and 297 tracks that haven't been uploaded.

When I click on 'Submit Now' it goes through its processing and gives the following action information:

    Compressing Drive Offsets...Ok
    Compressing AccurateRip Results...Ok
    Compressing Index...Ok
    Connecting to AccurateRip server...
    Requesting version information...
    Clearing socket
    Submitting results...
Error: no file or hash, please resubmit.

I've tried resubmitting several times to no avail. What's happened?

      Windows XP SP3

Should it make a difference? It used to work and I haven't changed my OS.

So is there nothing I can do about this?

I was wondering if I should uninstall both applications, re-install and try again. I expect I would need to keep a copy of the file that AccurateRip uses to send to the server. Can you advise what I should copy before trying this?

The file would be preserved through uninstalling, but really it is more like the security software is blocking the transmission.

Well, this problem still exists but I wonder if it is down to the Internet connection I'm using (mobile broadband) as I have no specific security software installed.

I never got it working in XP but have since moved over to Windows 7. After a fresh install of the new OS and Exact Audio Copy (v0.99 pb5) along with AccurateRip, I set it up and ran a test with a CD. The CD ripped and reported just fine with a new set of data for AccurateRip to upload but when I tried to submit it I got the same error response.

Are there any ideas on how I could fix this apart from trying a different ISP?

I've solved this :D. It was indeed my Internet connection. I tried using a different connection and the results submission worked. I guess there may have been some traffic restrictions on the ISP that prevented this from being sent.
