I'm running dBpoweramp 13.2 on an AMD system with AHCI enabled - my drive is a Samsung SH-S223F SATA. The CD Ripper lists my drive as "Unknown - Unknown" and as such AccurateRip refuses to configure itself since it doesn't know the drive model. I am using secure mode ripping via SPT. (The "Windows Internal" read mode detects the drive model correctly, but using this mode is obviously undesirable.)
AccurateRip keeps prompting me to input 3 key discs...without doing this I can't seem to set the drive offset correctly.
I am pretty sure this is related to AMD/AHCI because I have an Intel AHCI-enabled system whose drive is recognized fine, and the drive IS recognized with AHCI set to Off/IDE mode. Turning AHCI off is not an option for me due to the hotplug capabilities it offers.
On a side note, EAC + AccurateRip/secure-mode works just fine; however I am much partial to the dBpoweramp CD ripping interface!
Any help or insight into this issue would be MUCH appreciated!
