DMCFileSelector.exe crashes

I'm trying to use Batch Converter and it keeps crashing. I'm trying to access the following path: 'C:/Users/admin/downloads'. I have 3,378 Files and 523 Folders in the 'downloads' folder. I can drill down to '/users/admin' but it crashes when I select '/users/admin/downloads'. I'm using the trial version of dBpoweramp 16.1. I'm running Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.447). I'm only running Windows Defender as my antivirus program. Let me know if you need additional information. Thanks.

If you are able to move those files to a temp folder (such as downloads/tmp) then copy some back a few at a time, if you are able to find which file is causing the crash.

I've located the file that is causing ' DMCFileSelector.exe' to crash. The file is a video file with an .mp4 extension. The video is around 4.74 GB in size. I have many other .mp4 videos that don't crash batch converter but they are a lot smaller. I've attached a screen shot of the video and audio codecs that are used by the video. I'm not sure if I've provided enough information. Let me know if I can supply anything additional. Thanks.
