Looking for advice re ALAC to Flac Conversion

I am trying to convert an entire ITunes library from the ALAC format into FLAC, to be created in a separate folder and preserve the original. I have done a couple of trial runs and have not received the desired result.
For example, when I use the db Power amp CD ripper, I get a perfect outcome in terms of the the file structure, ie AlbumArtist\Album\TrackNum\ Artist - Title.
However when I use the Batch Converter with no changes to it's default settings, I get a different result.
Capture 1 attached is the CD Ripper settings which give a desired result.
Capture 2 attached gives the result provided by the batch converter, which is the total number of files, not sorted in folders to artist, with numerics 0 to 9, which I do not understand.
Capture 3 is the desired outcome and is simply a pic of the source ITunes folder with the ALAC files.
If you could suggest where I am going wrong with the Batch Converter I would appreciate it. It was my understanding that the Batch Converter would convert the library and preserve it's original file structure.

Run Batch Converter >> select the folder >> click convert >>

When Music Converter shows, choose 'Output To' as 'Preserve Source Path' and then choose the folder you want it all in. However if Your source files are in one folder they converted files would be also, you need to look how they are stored.

Thank you for responding. I appreciate it.
The library is arranged as such:
One main folder ie ITunes Library.
319 folders which are "Artist".
Within each will be individual albums, I think with ITunes the category is contributing artist?
Then within each of the album folders is Track number, track name, and file extension.

I still do not understand the numbering that happened, ie 0-9?

By the looks of it you have converted to one folder, so remove those, and reconvert using the first option I mentioned.

If you want to retain the full path (including 'Mags Media Files\Mags Ripped CD Files\') then you can followSpoon advice, if not...

In dBpoweramp Music Converter select 'Edit Dynamic Naming' from the 'Output To' dropdown.

In the new window, click 'Set' next to 'Base Location' and choose the folder that serves as the root directory for your converted files.

The Naming in your CD Ripper settings will place all tracks of an album into a single folder. To replicate this in batch converter paste the following into the Dynamic Naming field.

[BACKFOLDER]2[]\[BACKFOLDER]1[]\[origfilename]

[BACKFOLDER]1[] is the parent folder of your track, and [BACKFOLDER]2[] is its parent.

I believe this replicates your CD Ripper settings but run a few albums through first (including a compilation) before setting off a mass conversion.
