Reading Playlists from Emby server on QNAP NAS

Hi: I am running an Emby Server on a QNAP NAS and an Asset UpnP server. I make playlists in the Emby web interface because it's easier,but I would like this playlists to be read by the Asset UpnP.
I have followed these instructions to find the cache path for my Emby playlists, but I can't upload a screenshot (frustratingly).
The folder path is: /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/EmbyServer/programdata/data/playlists
but then each individual playlist seems to be stored in a subfolder:
For example: my alt country playlist is in a subfolder:
"Alt Country [playlist]/playlist.xml"

So, my questions are:
Is there a way to get Asset to read these playlists?
Does Asset read .xml files?
How do I specify the path name in the "Watched Playlist Folders" To read those xml files?

No, xml are not standard playlists.
