Asset uPnP says my folders are <empty>

I have three Naim devices, NDS, UnitiQute2 and Muso. For all these devices they report that all folders are <empty> and that is the case with the Naim App or using the buttons on the devices themselves.
I am able to see the data on the NAS on the PC running Asset and have removed and re-edited Asset to point to the correct folder on the NAS. Rebooted everything amny time, but to no avail.
All was fine up until yesterday evening.
I haver run out of ideas.
    Anyone got any thoughts?

You have Asset running on a Windows PC? pointing to a nas where the audio is stored?

The same thing has happened to me.
Multiple folders are empty whereas some other folders are fine.

Im running on an iMac and using my Yamaha amplifier to connect.
Strangely the same folder when accessed on my iPhone using VLC is populated and works perfectly.

What audio type is used for the missing folders?

You are certain those mp3 files that are missing have ID tags embedded?

I have this issue too. After copying a folder to the server Asset shows the folder but no files. Mezzmo, on the other hand, shows the folder and the files. Asset will only show the files after a user initiated 're-scan/update library'. It seems that Asset rescans the folder structure and finds new enteries but does not discover new files within the folder.
