    Problem scanning files

    My asset upnup is not properly scanning files for the library. every time I scan, it comes up with a different number of tracks and albums. when I view albums on my iphone tracks are missing. I have reloaded the assetupnup program, reconfigured, etc. I don't understand why it would scan a different (incomplete) number of files in my computer each time. what am I doing wrong?

    What platform is Asset running on? where are the files stored?

      thanks for your help. it's an iMac. (El Capitan) the files are stored on the computer's hard drive.

          just downloaded Asset UPnP Premium R5 OS X yesterday, in the hopes that the newest version would not have this problem. but it didn't make a difference

            Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your troubles.

            Please open Asset settings, enable debug logging, attempt to perform a full scan, wait for it to finish [with incomplete track count], then email the log files it creates to peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis.

                    Unfortunately I was unable to recreate this bug.

                    New beta has been posted-

                    Additional debug logging has been added around the offending code.
