    No showing on network

I have Asset UPnP on my macbook and worked fine for 6 months. Then I took my laptop on a trip. Came back home and now Asset UPnP will not show up on my network. Everything is on the same network. Anyone have any idea as to why?

Using a VPN? it will be routing Asset through the internet which will stop it working.

        Perhaps a firewall blocking?

Perhaps it's the new Tahoe operating system. When I was away, Apple upgrades the MacOS to their latest Tahoe Could this be the issue? If so, what's the next step? Thanks. Tom

Try uninstalling, reboot and reinstall and it might sort its self.

Pardon my lack of computer skills, but how do I properly uninstall? I'm on a Mac. Do I just move it to trash? And then delete trash? Or is it something else?

Correct, open applications and drag to trash.

I uninstalled and rebooted. Now it's asking me for an order number which I do not know or have, and when I look it up it provides nothing. Now what?

Ok. I think I got it. I put in emails that I have until I got the one that I used. Believe I'm good now. Thank you!!!
