Asset won't enter sub-folders for indexing on DSM 7*

    Hi,

i have difficulties to install and run Asset on my synology Nas since the update to DSM 7*

I'm using a shared folder called "Musik" on my Synology Nas to sync my Albums with my main server via rsync.
Asset is then able to index the Albums from there. That is a perfect solution so far.
That still works on other setups with DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 8 (latest update) but this stoped working on DSM 7*
The problem seems to be that with DSM 7 applications must be specifically permitted to access your individual folders.

The step by step gyde below does not work for me:
Section 1: installing In order to Install Asset UPnP on Synology DSM, use the Package Manager and point it to your .SPK file and click thru all the prompts. You now have Asset installed and listed under packages: Section 2: security permissions With Synology DSM 7, applications must be specifically permitted to

1.) For my idividual shareed folder "Musik" i have the same problem, that Asset can't enter sub-folders, even if i set additional privilages for sub-folders. Asset wont be able to enter subfolders.

2.) When i install Asset, it does not set the right permissions after instalation. The standard Folder "music" grants itself only standard permissions and Asset can't enter sub-folders either. Maybe i messed things up after many tries and workarounds...

Would it be possible to impliment a function, where we are able to change the main folder (music) that Asset creats during install so Asset would apply the proper rights direct from the beginning itself.
Sorry for my rusty english and i hope you guys can help me one way or another.
    Help is very much appreciated.

Please enable Asset debug logging and report if there's anything of relevance in library logs; should at least say why/how it failed reading the subfolders.

      Hi,
      [13:50:20] Entering folder /volume1/Musik/Amanda Shires
      [13:50:20] Found 0 files and 1 folders, status: 0
      [13:50:20] Left folder /volume1/Musik/Amanda Shires

There is the folder Amanda Shires and one subfolder with one Album.
The Folder and subfolder is recognised but Asset can't enter and scan for files.

It' s the same for all Folders.

Is the configuration for Asset version 6* and 7* the same? Because there are some changes and the manual seems to reflect only version 6*

It will be folder permissions, it cannot even index the files.

          What format are the files?

            It's mp3 and Flac files.
