Ok if you install the beta, and enable the debug log once more and try to do the random item with Bubble, then send the log please.

Hi Spoon - debug on random tracks / shuffle tracks below.

On the loading of tracks through Asset to Jriver 19, using folders 1 at a time A-Z: got to about 46,230 (of 69,000) then stopped loading. Kept adding folders - but Jriver never got any more tracks come through.

update: Installed Asset 4.3 - loaded Jriver 19, all songs appear and play OK...
There were a few crashes, and the number of files grew to over 100,000 (only have 69,000), but after a couple of reloads it all settled down.

Hi Spoon -
installed the new 5.2 beta over the top of installed 5.0
Bubble UPNP random is back and working OK, as well as shuffle tracks/albums from Now Playing tab. It does sem to be quite slow compared to previous random track loading though... (choose 100 tracks)

J.river 19 - seems to be same as before, loading approx half of content and randomly missing tracks from all albums, up to 25944 tracks (of 69,000) approx. Those that are appearing are playing OK.
If bypassing Asset and loading folders direct across network - all tracks load OK and play OK.

If you take 1000 tracks and separate them from your collection, and have 5.2 scan them, does it scan them all?

Hi Spoon - yes loading 1000 test files (mp3/flac - randomly chosen) results in all files ccoming through to jriver and playing OK.

Keep adding 1000 tracks and scanning until you notice that large number are missing, see if you can pin point anything about those files.

kind of did this already when adding the folders one at a time - topped out at about 46,000.
Think for the time being I'll go back to 4.3, which seems to work OK.

46K is way more than 25K, it suggests a storage issue (where the files are unavailable).

If you have 25K tracks and do a rescan (detecting changes) and new tracks are then added, then it does suggest this.
