Since using Asset to stream my audio files from my server I have problems streaming video files. I use NFS - Protocoll for streaming files to a Dune player, and now every 5 to ten minutes or so (did not check this exactly) the video / film stops for a second and is juddering with artefacts until it continues normally after some seconds . If Asset ist checking periodically for changes, could this be a reason for this behaviour ??

You can disable Asset from automatically checking (which is based on file changes only), in Asset Configuration >> Advanced Settings >> uncheck 'Detect and catalog new tracks' -

So, I have unchecked automatic scanning and restarted Asset, but it did not solve my problem.....Comment

Quit asset (set to disabled), I do not think Asset is causing the problem.Comment
