View Full Version : Problem Accessing All Music Guide

I have a subscription for all music guide but I cannot access it. I can access the free Internet DB but not AMG. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
I have it checked off in the Meta section but still nothing. I also went through my firewall (kaspersky internet security 7.0) and made sure that any activity (TCP/UDP) was allowed for this program.
Any suggestion on how I could fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

I don't have a trusted zone in this version, which is 7.0.0.125.

Is there a Trusted Applications or anything similar sounding?

Settings >> Firewall >> Configure >> Settings >> Zones >> Add

Ok,It worked. It was under something completely different. It was Settings >> Threats and exclusions >> Trusted Zone >> Trusted Applications. Thanks Spoon & LT Data for being patient and pointing me in the right direction!
Maybe you can add this a reference in the fixes section for people that use Kaspersky version 7.

I actually have switched to Kaspersky 7 myself so will see if I can fix the data stream they are altering...
