installing r12.4 gives 'unregistered'

Hi,

I have purchased a licence for dBpoweramp converter.

But i have updated to 12.4 and now it say unregistered in the dBpoweramp configuration.

What should I do? :(

Did i ignore the onscreen prompt to uninstall before i did the update? No.

I don't have the Powerpack just the Music converter.

Did you have a registered status before that you lost? Maybe I misunderstand your question.

You have installed the registered version from the email reciept?
