    2 questions

How do i get the dBpower audio player to read as "installed"? Its there, it works
but it always says "Not Installed".

Is there a release 2 of the dBpowerAMP CD Writer somewhere?

    Extra added attractions:
    Currently i have (from config):
dBpowerAMp Music Converter - Release 11
Power Pack & Mp3 License - [Registered: Yes]
dBpowerAMP Audio Player - Not Installed [Install dAP]
NOTE: I have "installed" this app several times to no avail.
dBpowerAMP CD Writer - Release 1.1
Sveta Portable Audio - Release 4

Also, I have Windows Media Audio V9 - Release 2 [.wma] on WinXP (sp2), do
    i need to upgrade this?

    thanks,
    savagcl
    (clif)

PS: Did i ask this before??

i don't know if you actually need to upgrade to WMA10 or not. i did, but i like the latest even if it is beta.

          Re: 2 questions

If you are still wondering, the wma 9.1 codec is designed to work with WMP 10. Some features may not work or may not work as well in WMP 9. (In fact, I was not sure whether the wma 9.1 codec would work in dMC/dAP without WMP 10-can you confirm whether or not it does?).

          Best wishes,

            Re: 2 questions

to tell you the truth i am confused about this one as well. i run XP SP2 WMA10.

however i installed the 2 codecs form here anyway :http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=6128
as soon as spoon released it. it took like forever when i installed the sytem codecs. and maybe in the end it wasn't needed anyway? that thread just confused me more :D . i haven't tested every WMA convert function yet so i don't know if there is a difference. i usually only use VBR Q10 and lossless.
