Error while ripping a song

I'm trying to rip my newly bought Miles Davis - Agharta.

Upon ripping the second CD, dbpoweramp throws this error:

Audio File Passed Verification

I have tried cleaning the CD, restarting my Mac, plugging/unplugging my SuperDrive and nothing helped. Both CDs can be played without an issue.

It's the first time I'm having an error while ripping. Any suggestions?

This is the cd drive refusing to read that part of the cd, either try a different disc or drive.
