Unable to use trial for Batch ripper

Hello, I have been trying to trial the Batch ripper Program for My college radio station, but It says registration is required, but I have the trial of dBPowerAmp is still active. On the Webpage for Batch Ripper it says that it is able to be trialed at the same time as dBPowerAmp, would someone be able to help me solve this problem, and would it be possible to extend the trial if this is a bug?

Once the dBpoweramp trial has expired it is not possible to reactivate it, sorry. Have you installed a version of dBpoweramp previously?

I have not installed it before, this is on a new personal computer that no one else could have either.

Did the date on the computer change?

Try creating a new account on the system which is administrator, then reinstall.

I tried an entirely different computer, with an admin user, and I still had the same problem.
