CODEC (Arrange Audio) - Error Message When Install Attempt

Downloaded CODEC (Arrange Audio)from dbpoweramp.com. I have V17.1 installed. Unable to complete installation due to caution message: "Setup has detected existing version of dbpoweramp (Arrange Audio) Codec." "Unistall existing before installing new? (Cancel to exit, leaving existing version).

There is no existing version of Codec Arrange Audio that I can see computers downloaded folder.

Any idea what may be causing the error message? I also removed the prior dbpoweramp update version, too.

If one cannot see the "existing" downloaded file, how to find?

It is ok to choose the option to continue the install without uninstalling.
