Multi track FLAC files

I have converted most of my music collection to multi track FLAC files with embedded CUE sheets. One CD, one file. Very clean. I use Jriver on my Windows computer and MrMC on my Apple-TV, and they can read the CUE sheets. But for my other wireless devices I use Asset as music server, and it can only see one big FLAC file. Any hope for Asset to support FLAC files with embedded QUE sheet?
