    Asset Not Recognizing all Artist/Albums from MyCloud (WD)

    Hi All-
    Recently when I'm viewing my library on my Cambridge CXN a chunk of the artist/albums are missing from view. They are all in their respective folders/files on WD My Cloud and when I view configure on the Asset icon. Just not showing up in view of Cambridge. I keep my CD rips on the My Cloud which is where I'm having the problem, my High Res files are on an external hard drive connected to my Macbook Air (no problems there). I've re-booted the NAS and re-scanned library's in configure--but still a whole bunch of material is missing/not visible. Any Suggestions? Anyone have the same problem? Thanks,

    Perhaps they are missing ID Tags which asset uses for displaying artist/albums.

    They were all recognized a few days ago. From Allman Brothers to Zombies. No there are like 10 artists showing up. Still seeing everything on the NAS. I just re-mapped that library in Asset. Maybe that will help. I just don't know what changed. Thanks. TMC

    Yes remount and rescan.

    I just updated to R6.6. Was going to wipe out mapping to the two libraries and rescan. However only one of the two libraries has a remove option (the one connected to the external hard drive). The other does not have a remove option (connected to the WD MyCloud NAS--which is having the problems recognizing all artists and albums). Now that I've updated to R6.6, how can I start from scratch? Thanks, Tobe.

    You cannot wipe the main library, just trigger a 'Rescan (Refresh all)'
