    In the ripper screen, click options, a few items down is "submit to AR". For me I get a pop up now and then asking me to submit.

      No way of doing it on the Mac version, AFAICS.

        I have the same problem with Windows 7: impossible to configurate AcurrateRip, even after ripping more than 50 CD's. No problem to access Meta, Internet access is allowed, and I even tried with my firewall disabled. What can I do? An advice would be welcome.

          Has it ever offered to find the offset of your drive?

            As far as I remember, it never did.

              Can only answer for myself. To be honest, I don't remember. However, the report screen which comes up at the end of ripping a CD does report an offset - and always the same one, so I suppose it must have done it!
              I'm using the Mac version (latest) BTW, although I do occasionally fire up the Windows version (in bootcamp) if I am having a particularly recalcitrant CD rip. Sometimes that works better than the Mac version.

                The same for me : the extraction log does indicate the offset, but impossible to get any feed back from AccurateRip. Any suggestion ?

                  The mac version does not need to find the offset manually, it will find automatically. However if you are using the latest version, even without an offset it will still check the results against accuraterip.

                    I am on Windows 7, and my dbpoweramp is up to date, but I cannot have any check against accurate rip.

                      Then it is likely your security software is blocking network access.

                        It doesn’t seem to be the case. I tried to turn of the firewall, without any change. If my security software were responsible, could I access metadata as I do?

                          Still unable to access Acuraterip. Everything seems OK, the program does well, except I cannot check with Accuraterip. I tried on another PC to make sure that my cd&*8217;s are on Accuraterip, they are. I tried to use another (external) drive on my computer, nothing changed.
                          Should I try reinstalling? But how, I cannot find any unsintalling program ?
                          Its really frustrating&*8230;

                            You can try reinstalling yes. There is no need to uninstall first, files are overwritten.

                              I did it, and now it works. Everything is OK Thanks!
