How can I tell PerfectTUNES to take the wav filenames to do tags for title, artist year and genre ?

It cannot, however dBpoweramp has a utility codec called 'Tag from Filename'

Yesterday I bought only PerfectTunes, because I thought that the tag-Utility of PerfectTunes can do this also.

Can I buy now dBpoweramp additionally to PerfectTunes and pay only 20 Euros more, like the offer if I buy both together ???
