Recommended product for physically repairing CDs?

I suppose "resurface" is the word - I'm wondering if there are any trusted products that people here can vouch for. I remember that "SkipDr" product always being shilled at EB Games back in the day. Do these devices work or is there some better, industrial-grade machine I should be using? If there's a good product out there I'd like to try resurfacing my small collection of discs that gave me insecure rips.

Wow that's a nice looking device. I guess I'll assess how much I want to spend once I'm done going through my collection. If I've got like ~100 CDs with bad tracks I might spring for that one you've got. Thanks for the recommendation!
