Purchase dBPowerAmp -- License "Family Pack" or "Single" -- Can I reinstall "Single"

What can I do with the "Single" Pack?
- Uninstall and reinstall?
- Reinstall after new setup of Windows?
- Reinstall after swapping HD?
- Reinstall if I buy a new PC and uninstall dBPowerAmp on the old one?

I mean, no PC will last longer than a couple of years, so if dBPowerAmp is tied to a single machine, then "never expires" would not be much of a help.
