Using Batch Ripping for archival data DVDs

    Hi everyone,

I was wondering if dBpoweramp would be a good program for migrating a large collection of data DVDs. All of them contain original TIFF photo files, and the most important thing for me is that the data is transferred exactly as it is on disc, with checksums if possible, and some kind of notification or logging system for problem discs.

If anybody has any batch machines or other software they'd recommend for this purpose, I would also be interested in that. Thanks in advance for any help!

Data CDs do not have the problems as much as audio CDs, the copy process normally knows if there are errors.

Thanks for the response. I agree with you that the data CDs aren't as problematic, but I work in an archive, and have to verify the data wasn't changed in any way in the transfer process.
