Batch ripper album art not found, but found when using cd ripper

When I rip using batch ripper, almost no album art is found (titles and song names are found ok). When I rip the same discs with dbpoweramp cd ripper, he can find almost all album arts. How can this be ? on both software I have selected all available meta data search sites. The only difference I see is that for batch ripper it says that I have no remaining lookups. But how can this affect batch ripper and not cd ripper ?

After 400 lookups, batch ripper uses a commercial lookup license, you need to buy lookups (for either amg or gd3, or both).

Hello - I have the same problem - just purchased 100 lookups - but batch ripper still says I have no lookups?
For the record - the lookup purchase system is incredibly confusing, I was asked for a user name - but presented with a different one - which is never requested.
I have now spent $88 - but cannot proceed.
How do i fix this or get a refund?
