Can't login to Paypal via dBpoweramp's link

I can log in to my Paypal account via my web browser. However, I'm not having any luck trying to do so via the dBpoweramp purchase link into Paypal.

As a very satisfied long time dBpoweramp user, I'm attempting to pay for an upgrade, and can't seem to login to Paypal using dBpoweramp's link.

I've tried both Chrome and IE. Is there something else I should try?

Check the Internet address at the top is pay pal, it should be https and if you have a modern browser say 'pay pal inc' in the green section.
