No Meta Data

I've been reading up in the forum on this issue but it's not helping me.

I have a registered version of Reference R 14.

When I rip a CD with CD Ripper, and I select only AMG for meta data, I get meta data and album art. So no problem.

However when I use Batch ripper with the same CD. I get the error "No Meta Data".
Batch rippers is executed as administrator
Lookups remaining: 400

When I select the other Meta-providers in Batch ripper, I get the meta-sata but no album art.

Install r1.4 from the beta section of this forum
