GD3 Lookup Purchase direct from GD3 HP

I would like to use GD3 tag and signed up direct from GD3 HP and purchased Lookup, not from dbpowerampSignUp Page. And I noticed Batch Ripper can recognize the userneme from your signup page only. I have already purchased the additional Lookup which now I could not use. Please let me know how to utilize my username and purchased Lookup.
