[REQ] Please add support for splitting (length-wise) according to .cue file

The title is self explanatory, I hope.
I'm asking for a feature similar to what's possible to do with freeware tools such as mp3DirectCut, available here: http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html

Sorry, I do need to elaborate:
1. The most important aspect of this feature is splitting without decoding/encoding.
2. It would be convenient if it'll support grabbing the tag info from the .cue file, if available.
