    GoGo

I've heard that the GoGo codec isn't that stable, but when I try to convert any wav to mp3 using the GoGo codec I get the friendly 'this program has performed an illegal operation' message. In case the details mean anything more to you than me, I posted them here:

MUSICCONVERTER caused an invalid page fault in
    module MP3 (GOGO).DLL at 0167:012b17b2.

The reason I was interested in the GoGo codec in the first place was because before I knew dMC even existed, I had Simple's music converter (the website is not always up, I really have no idea why they used geocities), which used the GoGo codec as the default option. It had extremely fast converting, faster than the included Lame or Blade, and actually in a few cases more than three times as fast as dMC with the MPEG Suite 2000. The quality wasn't too bad at all either. I understand that it's a little outdated :D , but I was just wondering if it was just me that dMC was crashing.

Gogo does very wierd things, on mine it will crash going from any WMA file. I think something is just not right in their dll.
