Customizing information in standard tag fields

I am using the auto tagger with CD Ripper. I do not like all the information from the auto tagger. I want to edit a few of the fields for the CD. I want the edits to apply to all track on the CD at once. How do I do this?

I see, select the "Ripping #" line underneath the track list to edit common metadata.
