Write metadata at end of ripping process, not at start

PerfectMeta lookup invokes a few servers, with quite a chance that at least one is slo-o-o-o-ow. To the wishlist:

-> IF Rip button is pressed before metadata are ready, THEN rip first to [somewhere temporary] -- encode -- if necessary wait for servers -- set tags/foldername/filenames.

Re: Write metadata at end of ripping process, not at start

I have requested many times that we have the option to set a temporary rip directory. Rips should then be moved at the end to one of 2 directories, based on the success of the rip - AR/secure rips are moved to a final directory and discs where 1 or more tracks are inaccurate/insecure are moved to a re-rip directory. When the same album is ripped again, it will show that you have the album in the inaccurate/insecure directory and highlight only those tracks that need to be re-ripped. The full album is then moved to the secure directory.
