Channel-option in Fraunhofer encoder

I encode a lot of MP3 stereo radioprograms to 64k mono using the Fraunhofer codec. I find the Fraunhofer-codec to be better than Lame @ 64kbit mono when encoding mainly speech-material. But really I miss the Lame's "Advanced>Channels" option in dBpowerAMP's Fraunhofer encoder. Today, I first have to convert all my files to mono-WAV before encoding the final mono mp3's.

Add a DSP effect 'Channels' and choose mono.
