issue with flac uncompressed

Hi,

I have my music library in FLAC Uncompressed, and I have an issue with at least one file, when using it with FFmpeg.
If I convert it to FLAC level 0 it works fine.

When using FFmpeg with that file FLAC Uncompressed:
ffmpeg -ss 15 -i "02 - Sad But...

[Makm]

Is it possible to setup ffmpeg as a cli encoder in dBpoweramp?

I have tried many combinations of cli string but none of them yielded any result.
-i [infile] options [outfile]
-i "[infile]" options "[outfile]"
-i - options [outfile]
etc......
