dbmpower 15.8 crashes on open

I've been running dbpoweramp 15.8 on my M1 Mac for a few years just fine. Currently on Tahoe 26.5.

Lately, whenever I open it, it immediately crashes and the OS says:

I don't understand what to do in response to the message from Apple: "Rosetta enables a Mac with Apple silicon to run Intel-based apps. Support for Rosetta will end in a future version of macOS, so check with the app’s developer for an updated version"

I'm on macOS Ventura (which might be the cause). The menu options aren't updating to show or hide the 'checkmarks' immediately after I select or deselect them. It’s a minor issue, but I wanted to check if this is a bug with the app or specifically related to my OS. Thanks!

I have just paid and upgraded my CD ripper package and it will not install. I have a message that says "Cannot connect to dBpowermp.com" and the installation will not complete. Any sensible suggestions please?
