CDTEXT as Meta Source

Hi guys, I've had a good rustle around in the forums and can't find the answer I'm after.

I need to be able to use CDTEXT as a meta source - is there any way to get this working with the batch ripper (R2)?

I want to be able to add custom meta data tags like "Film" "Lyricist" etc once and want them to show up in the "Tag Element" Drop Down Box so that the next time I want to rip a CD, I can choose these meta data tags directly from this drop down box as opposed to typing these...

Is there a way to generate metadata and get album art without having to do a complete rip of the CD?

We want to be able to tray a disc and quickly grab this information.

I couldn't find an answer to this question (via search), but if it has been answered in the past,...

I rip audio books for listening on my mp3 player at the gym. Most audiobook titles are not supported in any of the metadata directories, and if so, are often in error. An audiobook can contain as many as 20 disks.

I am on a project to rip 25,000 CDs and we are now close to 2000. We just found dbpoweramp and would like to re lookup meta data for files already ripped. I see no to accomplish this unless I am missing something.

Is it possible to automatically set the track value in the meta data as

[disk][track]

I want to use that for Multi-CD sets. So instead of having the track value being
track 01/10 of cd 1/2
track 02/10 of cd 1/2
..
track 01/10 of cd...
