Bought 1000 lookups, but not shown

The first time I bought 1000 lookups it was almoast instantly shown. This time, although payment shown as accepted (Paypal) it still shows no lookups. What do I have to do to get these registered?

This is now resolved as I decided to use my brain and allocate them. Sorry for anyone who read this :-(
