For example, if I've checked "UPC" and "Comment" as tags that I want written when the CD is ripped, those fields should appear in the list at the bottom without the end user having to click the [Add New Tag] item and then re-create each tag field name each time the tag is needed.
Of course, it would be even more convenient if the desired optional tags appeared at the top of the screen with the default ones (Artist, Album, etc.). Then all of the metadata could be entered in one location on the screen rather than two--or even three, if you include the Review PerfectMeta Matches window.
If a tag field has no value entered, then it would not be written as metadata.
