    Upgrade To v15.1 Registration Not Working?

    Purchased an upgrade from v13.5 to v15.1, paid via PayPal and got link to the Registration Retrieval page. Uninstalled v13.5, installed trial of v15.1. Clicked Register link in Configuration, entered order number, clicked Download on Registration Retrieval page. Get Windows dialog box asking if I want to Open or Save getreg_aspx?ordernum=(my order number) from secure.dbpoweramp.com

    Clicking Open does nothing, clicking Save or Save As does not save. The dBPoweramp configuration still shows as unregistered. What am I doing wrong?

    Your web browser is set to the wrong security levels, certain versions of Firefox configured incorrectly can reproduce this, if you cannot download email your order number to:

      Using IE11. Rebooted and clicked Reg Retrieval link again, this time offered me the actual .exe file to download. All good and back in action, thanks.
