Ensemble recognized as Album Artist
Option to write Ensemble instead of Albumartist
Preserves '01' etc for Track Number (previously would have set '1')
Better detection of other Jpeg embedded images


NB FLAC will be installed as standard with R13.2 of dBpoweramp and newer.

Updated to R13.1 to fix the issue of Album Artist not being written as ALBUMARTIST.
