Windows Media Audio v9 Codec

This has now been released, it is well worth looking at as it added Variable Bitrate encoding (VBR) and lossless encoding.

Now updated (Release 1.1) to fix a small bug where the wrong bit rate was written for VBR add professional frequency conversion has been added.
