Q: I am not getting the dBpoweramp pop-up info tips.
A: There can be a few causes for this:
You need to have the codec for the file you are wanting the tip for installed. So if you want the info for a WMA file, you need the WMA dBpoweramp codec installed.
Try disabling the option, rebooting, re-enabling the option, rebooting, and trying again.
Also, you have to have Windows pop-up info boxes enabled. To do this, go into your Folder Options in Control Panel, click on the "View" tab, then make sure the option "Show pop-up description for folder and desktop items" is checked. You may need to reboot for this to take effect.
