AZID Decoder

Although dBPoweramp is able to decode Dolby Digital audio stream (also known as AC3 audio) via Winamp and its Valex AC3 decoder (based on ac3filter), it would be great if dBPoweramp could include the AZID Decoder which is considerated as one of the best and free AC3 Decoder.
