Programmatic Control of dMC Auxiliary Input (ActiveX/http) -- TIVO for radio

It looks like there is no way to programmatically control dMC Auxiliary Input?
This is the conclusion I reached after searching the forum.
ActiveX (even OLE/COM) could be ways to do this, but if nothing currently
exists, let me recommend a webserver approach. Winamp has this via
a plugin:

and it is just incredible.
If anyone knows of a way to do this for dMC Aux In (or any other Windows app; shareware or free -- even commercial) -- please let me know.

I want this to feature to effectively create a TIVO for the radio.
(I'm sure you can probably guess what I am trying to do).
