Make [ecode local] work with [multi-encoder]

I keep Flac files on an external drive, and AAC on my laptop. Right now, my external is USB, but eventually I'll move to NAS. Multi-encoder is the most convenient way to Rip a CD and put files in both locations, but with a network drive I would want [encode local]
