Batch Ripper Batch session resume feature

Using media changer such as Sony XL1B
- Re(start) at Disc nb. X to Disc nb. Y
- Storing Disc nb. rip batch was ended in the Batch info + a "resume" function on a selected "Results from Batch would suffice.
