Request : "PROPER" alternative to UPPER and LOWER

Please consider adding a new string function in addition to UPPER and LOWER

PROPER would transform either "THE BEETLES" or "the beetles"
to "The Beetles"

Having this function could reduce the amount of TAG correction quite a bit.
